iReceptor- a distributed data management system and scientific gateway for mining “Next Generation” sequence (NGS) data from the adaptive immune (antibody/B-cell or T-cell) receptor repertoire is a Canadian and EU-funded project comprised of 20 partners from Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Norway, Portugal, Spain, and USA.

German Cancer Research Center

The German Cancer Research Center (Deutsches Krebsforschungszentrum, DKFZ) in Heidelberg is a bio-medical research institution and a foundation under public law. Its 3,000 employees investigate in over 90 divisions and junior groups how cancer develops and which factors influence cancer development. On the basis of these results, they develop new approaches in the prevention, diagnosis and therapy of cancer.

INESC TEC is a private non-profit research institution, dedicated to scientific research and technological development, technology transfer, advanced consulting and training, and pre-incubation of new technology-based companies. INESC TEC hosts over 700 integrated researchers (about 350 PhDs), including staff researchers, researchers from Higher Education Institutions, grant holders and affiliated researchers.
